I want to report a transfer
- If you received an email notification, there's a 'Report this transfer' link at the bottom of the email. Fill out and submit the form to initiate a review.
- There's a 'Report this transfer' link available on every transfer if you stumble across content that violates our Content Moderation Policy and Terms of Service. You may need to scroll down the download window to see it.
I want to report a transfer request
- If you received an email notification, there's a Report link at the bottom of the email.
- After accessing a transfer request link, click on the ellipsis (...) in the bottom left corner and hit the report button.
I want to report a Sign request
- If you received an email notification, there's a Report link at the bottom of the email.
- After accessing a Sign request link, there is a 'Report this document' link at the bottom of the page.
I want to report a Collect board
- When logged into a Collect account and on a Collect board that contains content that violates our Content Moderation Policy and Terms of Service, click the three dots in the top right corner and select 'Report board'.
My content has been reported
If you receive a notification that your content has been blocked and you feel this was done in error, we can examine the situation. You will have received an email from us where you can appeal the block.
